What does this cost for me to join?Back to Top

Absolutely nothing. Regardless of whether you come for the discount, to get FREE LoopTickets or to make money sponsoring deals, the answer is the same -- absolutely nothing.

How does this whole thing work?Back to Top

As soon as we build our lists, you will begin to receive offers on great products at great discounts. To start, we will work with national companies who can supply products and services either nationwide or in major markets.

One of the things that makes LoopTicket really stand out is that we are looking to totally customize the LoopTicket experience to you and your needs. For example, we plan on offering deals based on exactly where you live, not just for major metropolitan areas. You will be able to specify exactly what you want and we will try to get if for you at the very best price possible and far less than you could get it any other way.

For example, although we might offer a 70% discount LoopTicket for a restaurant, we might offer on that same day five or more offers for that same metropolitan area. You could choose to get only the one closest to you OR you could choose to get any offer within a reasonable driving distance. You are the boss! You decide what is right for you.

Since you are the boss, if you like, we even plan to let you preview offers. You can say "I want it" or "I pass". We can use that to make sure we are getting the very best offers to you based on what you want. When that offer is available, we can notify you of exactly when it will be made so you can be the first to get it!

In fact, we will do one better. We will give you FIRST CHOICE at the LoopTicket for helping us pick the right products and services. That is critical because we plan to provide this service for you in a totally different way.

There are marketing companies who have a MINIMUM number of coupons that have to be purchased or you don't get the deal. We think that is plain silly. The reverse is really the problem. We need to limit the number of LoopTickets sold to make sure that you don't run the risk of having to wait to book appointments, reservations or to get your products because the merchant was overwhelmed by the huge number of purchasers. Merchants will feel much more secure about this because we can always make the offer available to people who didn't get it the first time.

Do I have to refer people to participate?Back to Top

Absolutely not. However, we are banking on word of mouth to build our business. We don't, for example. have millions of dollars to advertise. We started this company only with the principals making referrals to their own friends and acquaintances. You have to realize that not spending tens of millions of dollars allows us to market much more competitively. We can offer you up to a 27.5% better deal than some companies or we can make far more deals because the merchant keeps more of the LoopTicket proceeds or some combination of both.

So we are counting on you to help us save you and/or our valued merchants that 27.5%. All you have to do is tell your friends!

How do I grab the current deal?Back to Top

All the offers have a time limit. After that time limit expires, they are no longer available. We will also closely negotiate with the merchants to make sure that we have limits on the number of LoopTickets that can be handled with an offer. This makes sure that you can quickly and easily take advantage of the great deals we offer.

When can I use my LoopTicket after I purchase it?Back to Top

When you review the offer, you will see there is an expiration date. You can use it anytime from the time you acquire it until that time. We work with our merchants to make sure that time is very reasonable while protecting the merchant from having a large number of LoopTickets outstanding for a long time. They want your business! They set limits to limit their liability.

How do I actually get the LoopTicket?Back to Top

After your purchase, you will receive an email. The email will provide you with a link for downloading and printing your LoopTicket.

Can I buy LoopTickets to use as gifts?Back to Top

In many cases you can. Look closely at the details of the deal and our general rules to see what can be done. Often merchants will limit the number of LoopTickets a single person can purchase. Often they allow gifts. Just check the details for the particular offer.

If the LoopTicket is for a fixed amount of merchandise, am I required to use it all at a single visit?Back to Top

Yes.

What about tipping, if appropriate?Back to Top

Lets say you get a LoopTicket for $50 worth of food at a restaurant. Lets say your cost is $20. Think about it this way. You received $50 worth of food. The people who served you provided the same service they would normally provide. Therefore, you should consider tipping, based on the full value of the LoopTicket.

If you think about it, this process is a two way street. We want you to be very happy with the merchant and we want the merchant and their staff to be very happy with you and other LoopTicket members. Tipping appropriately can help make that happen.

Is buying through LoopTicket safe?Back to Top

Absolutely. Your financial information is transmitted through a secure page utilizing an SSL certificate and never, ever resides on our servers. We DO NOT keep this information.

What if I let my LoopTicket expire?Back to Top

Your LoopTicket is effectively a gift certificate and is covered by state gift certificate laws. In general, you have a reasonable amount of time after the promotional offer expires to get your money back. Again, assume that you paid $20 for a LoopTicket with a $50 value. You couldn't redeem it for the $50 but you could still recoup your $20 up to the limit provided by your state. A new federal law, which is proposed to become effective in 2010, requires that the minimum expiration period on gift certificates must be no less than five years. Check the status of this new law in addition to your state laws.

In any event, this will almost never be an issue -- you will want to use your LoopTicket right away!

What if I change my mind after a purchase?Back to Top

We could understand that being a possibility if you found out after purchase that the merchant had a bad reputation. And that certainly could happen if we were selecting merchants in a far away city. The BIG DIFFERENCE with LoopTicket is that we don't sit 2,000 miles away and select businesses. We let people just like you select them -- people who live next door, know the area and the reputation of the merchants, etc. Then our corporate staff takes over, and does research on the business to make sure they are the absolute best.

But here is still ANOTHER protection. By using the Deal Previews discussed above, we can get feedback from our valued LoopTicket members BEFORE we offer the deal. Bad response from you and fellow members would kill the deal before the offer was ever made.

Despite all that, if you have still changed your mind, give us a call. Our goal is to keep you very happy and using LoopTicket for many years to come!

What happens if the business promoting the LoopTicket goes out of business before the LoopTicket expires?Back to Top

We will promptly refund your initial investment. See above for LoopTicket expiration information.

How do I accumulate LoopTicket Credits?Back to Top

That is very simple. When you become a member, you get a member number. When you refer a friend, they enter your number as their "Sponsoring Member". Any time your referral makes a purchase, you get a credit. You will receive periodic notice of the amount of credit you have. Any time you have enough to cover a LoopTicket, you can use that credit at checkout with any remaining balance staying in your account.

How much credit do I get?Back to Top

We have tried to make this as ideal a relationship as possible. We have to keep the costs to the merchants down so that they can either do more deals or do them for a lot less. On the other hand, we need to reward you for your referrals.

Maybe the easiest way to explain it is with an example. Lets say. to make the math easy, a LoopTicket sells for $100. The merchant gets $75. That leaves us with $25. We have to pay credit card and web processing costs out of that. Rather than make it different for each deal, we base our payment structure assuming that those costs are 5% of the deal. In the case of a $100 coupon, that would be $5.00. That leaves us with $20.00 with which to pay referral fees, pay the people who found the deal (and you can be one!) and hopefully leave a little money for us.

We really want to encourage you to give us all the referrals you can. Just as importantly, we really want you to encourage people you refer to give us all the referrals they can. See our web page on how to generate more referrals than you would believe!

Our current policy is to pay 5% of the net $20.00 or $1.00 per purchase for people you refer and 5% of the net $20 or $1.00 per purchase for people that they refer based on the above deal. A whole dollar? So how does that help? Read on!

OK, lets make some more assumptions. You can feel free to make your own.

Lets assume you know 10 people like you who want to buy at 1/3 to 1/2 of retail. We know you know many more! This writer can tell you that he had over 1,000 names in his email list. We can show you how to mine those. But lets say just 10. Since they are like you, they should also be able to refer at least 10 quality people. That is 110 people all together.

Now lets back down a bit off our assumptions. Lets say that each of those people bought just one $25 deal a week, giving them up to $75 in goods or services. That would give you a credit of $27.50 per week! That would mean that you could buy one of those $25.00 LoopTickets EVERY WEEK and still be building credit!

I heard some other company paid you $10 for a referral. How is LoopTicket better?Back to Top

Well, that is true but wait! There are at least three things you need to consider:

* That $10 is only available if they buy within THREE DAYS of getting started. If they wait a week, you get nothing.

* That $10 is a one time deal. More importantly, it is just on that single referral. Under our model, for every person you bring in who does a $25 LoopTicket a week and brings in 10, you would make $143.00 a YEAR for as long as they were active. Do the MATH! You win big time with LoopTicket!

What if multiple people refer my friend?Back to Top

When you do a referral, you have two choices. You can either send us their email address and have us contact them or you can contact them and have them contact us.

If you sent us their email address, they are yours. If you have them contact us, they belong to whatever Sponsoring Member # they enter when signing up.

How do I redeem LoopTicket Credits?Back to Top

Find a deal you like. At checkout, use your credit instead of your credit card. It is that simple!

If you accumulate more than $100.00 in LoopTicket credits, you can also redeem them in cash. We have made this option for those with very high referrals who just cannot use all the credits. Refer lots of people to us and get cash and credits!

How do I sponsor a deal?Back to Top

There are several criteria to keep in mind:

* The offer must LEGITIMATELY be at 50% or less of retail. That means that a merchant cannot be offering something that they are not day in and day out selling for the full retail price.

* The merchant must have a great reputation.

* The offer must be something that people legitimately want in an area where there is enough business to make it work.

* We need adequate referrals in an area for any particular deal. We can advise you on that upon request.

What is the deal approval process?Back to Top

Once you have worked out a deal with the merchant, it comes to us for approval and scheduling. We verify all of the above. Then we do a "Deal Preview" to see what the response will be in advance. Then if everything looks good, we schedule the offer and you receive fees on the deal.

How much can I make on getting a LoopTicket done?Back to Top

That depends on a number of factors. Historically, there are companies that have done up to 15,000 coupons on a single deal. Initially, we have to build our referral list and so that could take a little while. Again, we can give you details for any area any time you want.

But lets say that we have a great referral base in your area which you help us build. Sales of 1,000 LoopTickets in a mid to large size city would definitely be in the range of reasonability for the right offer and we can prove it!

Again, more assumptions: Assume your deal generated 1,000 LoopTickets based on a LoopTicket price of $25.00. You would earn 15% of our net as calculated above for a fee to you of $750.00. That deal might take you as little as an hour if you have targeted the right people.

If you are looking for extra money, one of those a week for 50 weeks out of the year is $37,500. Three of those a week puts you in a six figure income! But that is all based on building our referral base. That is why we need you to get very serious about helping us do that!

Until we build an adequate base for your city, we will still be able to offer national deals. If you can find those, you could make even more because you can tap the buying power of our entire national referral base!

What if I only want to refer the deal to LoopTicket but don't actually want to do the selling?Back to Top

We understand that there are those who just aren't comfortable in a sales situation. What you need to do is to tell the Merchant to become a Member so that they fully understand what LoopTicket is all about. After telling the Merchant about the basics of a LoopTicket deal, you should suggest that one of our professional staff contact them to work out the deal. If you do that, you benefit as follows:

*You earn money on what the Merchant buys and all the Members they bring into the business. Those Members are yours to keep.

* You receive 5% of the net on the deal as defined above with our sales staff receiving the other 10%. That profit is payable to you by check, not LoopTicket credits.

How do I check to see if someone is already "in the Loop" before I approach them?Back to Top

Unfortunately, due to privacy laws we cannot provide that information. The best way to find out is ask them: "Are you in the Loop?"

What makes LoopTicket totally superior to other marketing companies?Back to Top

There are so many reasons, we don't know where to start. But we will mention a couple.

First, our fees are very reasonable. We charge less than half of the fees charged by our closest competition. That means we can either sell LoopTickets for FAR LESS than the competition OR create more deals by putting more money into the merchant's pockets OR some combination of the above. That is about as simple as it gets.

Second, unlike our major competition, no one owns a city from the perspective of creating a deal. We make that opportunity available to all members as long as they follow the rules. That means that if you can do a deal, you make the money from doing the deal. It is just that simple.

Third, since we customize offers based on exactly where you live, rather than the fact that you live IN one of just a few metropolitan areas, we are able to create and offer massively more desirable deals than anyone else we know about. We had the benefit in starting this company of profiting from the inefficient design of other companies!

What options do I have for sponsoring new members?Back to Top

A. Some people will want to make direct contact and we can tell them what to say or what to show them.

B. Some people will want to send personalized emails and we can give them some suggestions.

C. Some people will want to send us a list and let us send to them.

D. We may also have suggestions on other marketing ideas like handing out LoopTicket business cards to everyone they meet.

Why would merchants sell to me at 50-90% off their established retail prices?Back to Top

Great question! Many times merchants will offer a deal which loses money in order to attract new customers. We have a very useful spreadsheet (available on request) that will show you for a given set of circumstances why LoopTicket makes all the sense in the world to merchants.

How can LoopTicket be used for charitable fund raising?Back to Top

Another great question. Call us and let us tell you in detail based on your specific project what LoopTicket can do for your favorite charity!

Is this a pyramid scheme?Back to Top

Absolutely not. In a pyramid scheme, people invest money. The people at the top are paid false profits from the people who come in after them. In our totally safe and secure business, you pay nothing into the plan. If you buy a LoopTicket, 75% goes to our valued Merchants. None of our valued Members makes a single penny unless legitimate products are sold.

Why does selling my products at 50-90% off make sense?Back to Top

Do you know what a customer is worth to you? Even if a single LoopTicket offer does not make you money, the addition of new customers will. One of our members can work with you to figure out exactly what a LoopTicket offer would be worth to your bottom line. You will probably be very pleasantly surprised. And the cash you get from the offer is pretty much immediate! If you want to do it yourself in advance, ask for our LoopTicket Merchant Calculations spreadsheet. You will need the following:

*Your average sale from existing customers.

*The average number of sales to existing customers per year.

*The average time in years you expect to retain customers.

*The average profit margin on all sales.

*Proposed value of your offer.

*Profit margin on this offer if different from above.

*Proposed LoopTicket cost (50% or more less than proposed value.

*Interest rate for calculating the net present value of the deal.

*How much more you can sell when someone redeems a LoopTicket. Often that puts our merchants into the black from the time the first deal is redeemed!

Our members can assist you with this process or you can give us a call.

How do I know you are reputable?Back to Top

References available. Our principals have decades of proven experience that we can put to work for you.

How do I know you will supply quality customers?Back to Top

Just wait! All of our quality members are referred by other quality members. If we get a complaint against a customer or a merchant, we investigate -- and we take action to ensure that we are dealing with the very best merchants and members.

How am I protected from duplicate coupons?Back to Top

We have you covered there too. For most merchants, the customer will be walking into the business LoopTicket in hand. That LoopTicket will have a code that can be checked through a computer, an iPhone, Blackberry or Android based device. You know immediately whether the coupon is valid or whether it has been used before.

What are your marketing fees? Back to Top

Our fees are less than half of the competition. We can do this by keeping our overhead at a bare minimum and using word of mouth as our only source of advertising. That allows us to work together to offer better deals, put more money into your pocket or both.

How soon do I get paid?Back to Top

Each deal is only available for a limited time, usually a day. From the time that deal is no longer available, it is usually less than a week before money is in your account.

How else can I make money with LoopTicket?Back to Top

We are so glad you asked. You can make money by getting your clients into our system. You can also make money by helping us set up offers with fellow merchants. See the LoopTicket Members FAQ for details on making money BOTH WAYS!
